NEW YORK TBWA has tapped DraftFCB France president Guillaume Pannaud as president of its Paris office, filling a vacancy created by the impending exit of Paris CEO Arthur Sadoun.

Sadoun is leaving to become chairman and CEO of Publicis Groupe’s Publicis Counseil in Paris, where he will succeed Christophe Lambert. Last month, financier Vincent Bolloré poached Lambert to help run a startup he is backing called Fred/Farid/Lambert in Paris. The other partners, Fred Raillard and Farid Mokart, came from Publicis Groupe’s Marcel in Paris.
