Independent Doner has advanced Alison Taubman to evp, chief strategy officer, a new position that reflects the agency’s commitment to strategic planning and research under its new ownership. “We believe that great marketing begins with strategic insight that examines the consumer, culture and commerce,” said David DeMuth, co-CEO and president of Doner. “Alison’s contributions to the agency have been influential in not only the way we serve clients but how we fundamentally operate and I am thrilled to have her as a core member of our executive management team.” Taubman had been svp, executive director, strategic planning and research. She will continue oversight of Doner’s strategic planning and research teams and remain a core member of its business development team.
