CHICAGO U.S. Cellular has tapped direct agency TargetCom to handle its customer loyalty programs and communications following a review against undisclosed shops.

The Chicago-based agency will work with the company’s life cycle management group and will be responsible for strategic planning and all customer communications. TargetCom has worked with the Chicago telecom on several previous projects.

“It’s great to expand our relationship with U.S. Cellular, and we look forward to helping them show customers the exceptional service and value the company offers,” said TargetCom president Nora Ligurotis in a statement.
