Target Marketing & Promotions, the Jimmy Fund and Burger King recently teamed up on “A Chance for Kids.” The six-week promotion in 300 New England Burger King restaurants raised $300,000 for cancer research and treatment at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston.

“We met with the Jimmy Fund about 10 months ago. They called us back and said they wanted us to pitch this Burger King opportunity and we did and we won the business,” said Rich Doucette, executive vice president at Boston-based Target Marketing.
