NEW YORK Schieffelin & Somerset is launching a review for global creative duties on its Tanqueray gin brand now at WPP Group’s J. Walter Thompson, sources said. Estimated billings are $20-30 million.

JWT, which handles the business out of its offices here and in London, referred calls to the New York-based client. However, sources said the shop will not participate in the review.

Schieffelin & Somerset, a joint venture of Diageo and Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, could not immediately be reached.
