Carrie Hill has become a senior account executive on the Dell catalogs business at T3. Hill joins the Austin, Texas, shop from A.D. Vision in Houston, where she was a marketing manager. T3 has also hired Nathan Dance as a production artist on the Dell account. Dance previously worked at local Aus-Tex Printing and Mailing as a pre-press operator. In addition, the agency has assigned Anna McGaha and Anne Thomasson to Dell as project coordinators.
