T3 has installed Jackie Hockaday as production manager. Hockaday joins the Austin, Texas, shop from local Tocquigny Advertising, where she was senior production manager. At T3, she will oversee the production team and be responsible for workload process and mentoring. The agency has also hired Chad Huff and Jerry Orta as interactive designer and production artist, respectively. Huff previously worked at Austin’s Olive Design as a design director; Orta most recently was senior production artist at the Kinko’s Dell FM Site in Round Rock, Texas.
