SYDNEY – Luscombe & Partners has joined forces with Manila-based agency Pacific Ads to try and get in on the Philippine Airline’s review of its $15-million global account. The airline was recently sold by the Philippine government to a consortium called PR Inc., and its new management has drawn up a list of finalists, including Pacific Ads. Luscombe managing director Andre van Stom was worldwide managing director at the Asian affiliate of Wells Rich Greene on the TWA, Pan Am and Continental airlines accounts.
