Victorinox Swiss Army has chosen Interpublic Group’s Mullen in Boston to handle its North American ad business following a review.

Client and agency produced much notable work during their 1997-2003 relationship.

Mullen’s mandate covers traditional and digital chores, as well as public relations. Mullen succeeds various shops on the assignment.

The brand spent about $2 million in measured media through the first three-quarters of 2009 after spending $7 million in all of last year, per Nielsen.

Mullen has gotten especially active on the new-business front of late.
