Starcom MediaVest Promotes D’Sylva

NEW YORK — Starcom MediaVest Group has promoted Blaise D’Sylva to director of global media systems, a new position managing technology and systems strategy.

When he returns from China, where he ran Proctor & Gamble’s regional account as managing director of Starcom for Asia, D’Sylva, 35, will be responsible for Starcom MediaVest’s products such as Mission Control, a Web-based media management tool used by General Motors and Miller Brewing.
