St. John & Partners in Jacksonville, Fla., has acquired Northstar Advertising, a $1 million shop in Crested Butte, Colo. Northstar president Dan Williams will remain as vp and management supervisor, reporting to chairman and CEO Dan St. John. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
