LOS ANGELES Select Resources International said it has added a public relations practice and appointed Dan Orsborn as senior partner to lead the division.
The new practice will serve SRI’s Fortune 500 clients by managing PR agency reviews, consulting on compensation and client/agency relations and training agencies on new-business best practices.
Orsborn, a 26-year PR industry veteran, has run the regional offices of Porter Novelli in Los Angeles and Edelman Worldwide in San Francisco. He also co-founded and built San Francisco PR firm The Orsborn Group and headed The Orsborn Group, a communications consulting firm in Nashville, Tenn.
