Business travelers and residents in urban centers can now hail taxicabs via iQtaxi on the Sprint PCS Wireless Web service, reps from the companies said on Monday.

IQtaxi is an Internet-based, real-time taxi, sedan and limousine reservation service offered by Lake Oswego, Ore.-based tech company Qsent. The service can now be accessed via the travel channel on Kansas City, Mo.-based Sprint’s PCS Wireless Web cellular phone service.

Also, Qsent’s iQradio, which finds radio stations in any area catering to users’ preferences, can now be accessed through Sprint’s entertainment channel.
