Southern Living magazine recently hosted its Cook-Off 2003 at Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn. NBC weatherman Al Roker emceed the competition in which more than 35,000 entries from across the U.S. were judged. Susan Rotter from Nolensville, Tenn., won the $100,000 grand prize for her Southern-fried stuffed chicken with roasted red pepper and Vidalia onion gravy recipe. Pictured here are (l. to r.)
