DALLAS The Dallas Morning News has installed AdStar software that allows classified advertisers to create, schedule and pay for ads in print or online editions, the company said.

Other newspapers adopting the technology include the Las Vegas Review-Journal and am New York, AdStar said.

“We have been very aggressive recently with newspaper implementations as demonstrated by the launch of these newspapers and more than 30 MediaNews Group publications during the past several months,” said Leslie Bernhard, president and CEO of AdStar in Marina del Rey, Calif.
