BOSTON Smizer Perry said it has hired Tina Clare and Joseph Lee as business development director and associate creative director, respectively.
Clare succeeds Wendy Marold, who left the independent shop in New London, Conn. Lee fills a new position. Both are 36.
Clare has served as an account and project manager in the private and public sectors, guiding projects for clients such as Cisco, DuPont and United Technologies. Lee was most recently owner of Black Fish Design in Wickford, R.I.,
