John Lewis, formerly a senior ad manager at Nike, joined Global Brand Marketing last week as vp of marketing, overseeing brands that include Pony International and Dry-shoD. Santa Barbara, Calif.-based GBM also is global footwear licensee for Diesel, Nautica, XOXO and Mecca. Separately, Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Venice, Calif., was recently enlisted to handle Pony’s $5-7 million business.
