Circuit City has selected Sharpe Partners to handle online ad duties, replacing incumbent FCBi, the interactive arm of Foote Cone & Belding, the client said last week. Sharpe in New York bested other, undisclosed agencies for the business. IPG’s FCB in Chicago continues to handle the company’s $240 million offline creative account, which was not part of the review.
