BOSTON Seidler Bernstein said it has named Michelle Boudreau director of agency operations, a new position at the independent marketing communications shop in Cambridge, Mass.
In her new position at the 22-person shop, Boudreau will be responsible for the financial and process organization of all agency accounts. She will also contribute to strategic and tactical plan development, lead and direct the new business development team, and oversee all agency operations.
Those duties had previously been split up among various members of the shop’s senior staff.
