The business has been shifted to a team of creative, media, direct marketing and Internet specialists in the Seattle area. The move was prompted by the arrival of advertising and marketing manager David Kissinger to the Seattle-based public utility. “This way is more cost-effective,” he said.
The client hired Copacino Creative to craft an image campaign, LaserDirect to support with direct marketing, WebWorks to create the company’s first Web site, Terrance Campbell
& Associates to serve as marketing consultant, and Western International Media to plan and execute the broadcast buy.
