NEW YORK Havas’ Arnold One said it is in the final stages of negotiating a project contract with Sabre Holdings to redesign its recently acquired travel site, IgoUgo.com.

IgoUgo.com is a community site of 350,000 members who contribute reviews and photos of their trips. Sabre bought IgoUgo.com for an undisclosed sum last month.

In addition to the redesign, Arnold One will likely handle the Web strategy work, charged with driving users to the site and developing a syndication plan for IgoUgo.com,
