Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles has appointed Lynne Harris Bernstein as human interests director. She will supervise organizational development, spirit, employee training and development, staffing and communications for the 350-person shop in Torrance, Calif. She will also serve as a key member of the Saatchi Los Angeles Leadership Board. Previously, Bernstein was vice president of human resources for media marketing company Primedia.
