KANSAS CITY, MO. – Russell Stover Candies named Bernstein-Rein as its agency of record. The candy manufacturer, which just recently bought Whitman’s Chocolates, is looking to ‘aggresively market its name.’ Billings were undisclosed, but the company is expected to spend from $3-5 million on advertising, including advertising for Whitman’s. The account had been handled in-house.
