DETROIT – Ross Roy Group and Kmart Corp. said last Friday that the agency has won assignments in Mexico and Eastern Europe for ther retailer following a review of undisclosed agencies. Kmart has plans to open superstores in Mexico and in Eastern Europe. To execute Kmart’s advertising, the agency has allied with Arredondo de Haro, Mexico City, a mid-sized Mexican agency. Ross Roy Group chairman Peter Mills said that the agency would be handling tactical services and overseeing the creative and media placement done by Arredondo.
