Rojek Consulting Group in Cleveland said it has added four senior consultants to its team to support the demand for new services the consultancy has introduced. Joining founder and president Lorraine Rojek are: Cameron McNaughton (shown), Josef Norsworthy, Vita Merlotti, and Jeff Scott. McNaughton, partner in charge of the newly launched automotive practice, was most recently at McKinney, where he worked on the agency’s Audi business. He has also held posts at Ammirati & Puris and Lowe. Norsworthy is a former strategy executive with Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. He will support Rojek clients in selecting agencies that best fit their brand vision and strategic objectives. Merlotti’s career in marketing and media includes 23 years of client service, operations and technology leadership across organizations including IPG, FCB, Initiative, Campbell-Ewald and MARS Advertising. She brings proven performance in growth strategies, marketing operations and finances. Scott boasts 20-plus years of expertise in business diversification and transformation across all marketing disciplines. He will serve as a resource for Rojek clients to ensure delivery of integrated solutions. “As we enter our nineteenth year in business, our full team looks forward to continuing to help marketing leaders source and select the best agency resources that culturally align with them to meet their needs, leverage the investment they make in advertising and ultimately build client-agency teams that build strong brands,” said Lorraine Rojek.
