A-B Taps Hill, Holliday for Bud Work
Hill, Holliday’s top executive and its broadcast producer both had stints at DDB Chicago, working on Bud Light. That led Anheuser-Busch to hire the Boston shop on a project basis, and its first spot for the brewer is being considered for the Super Bowl.

Kmart Gets Real
Despite filing for bankruptcy last week, Kmart is moving ahead with a new image-oriented advertising campaign. The dual effort, from TBWA\Chiat\Day and Don Coleman Advertising, targets mothers and employs the tagline, “For real life.”

FCB Bows Boeing
Foote, Cone & Belding uses a simple horizon concept to unite Boeing’s various units under one theme. The work, from FCB’s Chicago office, maintains several elements from previous campaigns, including the music and the company’s tagline, “Forever new frontiers.”

Amana Restoration
Carmichael Lynch’s first work for Amana, expected to debut this summer, will seek to modernize the home-products brand. The client awarded CL its estimated $15 million account following a review that included three other Midwest shops. Amana was acquired by Maytag last year.

Shiverdecker to BE&P
Barkley Evergreen & Partners has hired Ginny Shiverdecker as chief strategic officer. Previously, she was an executive vice president in account management at Campbell Mithun.

Blockbuster
