DALLAS Omnicom Group’s Rapp Collins has shifted several of its most senior managers, with Gary Von Kennel moving up to the new position of global chief executive officer, the direct-marketing agency said.

In his new role, Von Kennel, 58, will oversee Rapp Collins’ global network of 60 offices in 30 countries.

Von Kennel had been chairman and CEO of Rapp Collins North America. Robert Horvath, 45, who had been the company’s North American president, succeeds him.

Michael Sugzda, 51, previously senior vice president and director of client services at WPP Group agency Wunderman in New York, takes over for Horvath, the agency said.
