SAN FRANCISCO – Robin Raj, best known for his work on Chiat/Day’s ‘Human Cartoon’ campaign for NYNEX Yellow Pages, will join Foote, Cone & Belding here to take creative charge of the $111-million Taco Bell account this week. Raj, 35, who assumes the post of group creative director, replaces Neal Sellman, executive creative director on the account, who moved to FCB’s Los Angeles office, where he will work on the Mattel account. Raj said he plans to put together his own team of about 12 to work on Taco Bell. He reports to Mike Koelker, FCB corporate director of creative development.
