Schwartz Communications won big at the Publicity Club of New England’s recent Bell Ringer Awards honoring excellence in regional public relations campaigns. The independent shop in Waltham, Mass., took home 12 bells on the night (the most of any agency) and captured the best-of-show Super Bell for its efforts on behalf of West Pharmaceutical Services.
