NEW YORK Publicis has named Katie Bury evp, worldwide account director on its Procter & Gamble Family Care brands business.

Bury arrives from sibling agency The Kaplan Thaler Group, where she led that shop’s Pfizer account, which includes brands such as Celebrex, Lyrica and Exubera. She has previously worked on P&G accounts at Leo Burnett and D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles.

The Family Care portfolio includes brands such as Charmin, Bounty and Puffs tissues. All told, P&G spent nearly $160 million on ads for those brands last year, per Nielsen Monitor-Plus.
