Organic in San Francisco has named Chuck Sullivan group director and engagement manager. As primary executive contact for the Jeep and Chrysler brands, he will be responsible for all Web site development, digital advertising and interactive marketing. Prior to joining Organic, Sullivan was director of business development marketing for Ford. He has also served as a management consultant with Accenture’s strategic services practice.

Joy Pachla has been hired as an account coordinator at Mintz & Hoke in Avon, where she reports to Todd Russell, vp and director of client services. Pachla will manage work flow for accounts such as Mohegan Sun, Wiremold and Praxair. Pachla was previously a communications coordinator at the Hill-Stead Museum in Farmington.
Veronica Sheehan has become svp of network operations for Turner Broadcasting System’s Turner Entertainment Group in Atlanta. Sheehan joined Turner Broadcasting in 1999 as director of broadcast operations and later that year moved to TBS’ in-house production division, Turner Studios, where she has served as vp of operations and original programming. Previously, she was director of operations at National Video Center’s post-production division in New York.
