Garber as its director of new business.South CarolinaRawle Murdy has named Kathe Downs and Claire Gibbons public relations account directors. At the Charleston, shop, Downs and Gibbons will oversee the development and implementation of PR programs and strategies. Prior to joining the agency, Downs owned and managed Downs Online. Gibbons most recently was an account director at Capstrat in Raleigh, N.C. Karen Moran and Patty Lee have been added as account executives.
