Eissing, who has been with the company since 2001, formerly was lead Mac artist and assistant Henry artist; she has worked on spots for Lexus, Saturn, GMC and Burger King, and on music videos for artists including Britney Spears.Integrated-marketing agency Di Zinno Thompson in San Diego promoted general manager Tammy Haughey to president. Haughey joined the company as an intern in 1991. Tom Di Zinno, the agency's former president, becomes chairman.CONNECTICUTMintz & Hoke elevated Marco Milheiro to account executive. In his new post at the Avon agency, he will oversee the day-to-day management and execution of communications programs for clients such as Certainteed, Pratt & Whitney and Wiremold. Milheiro had been an account coordinator at the shop.FLORIDAViva Partnership installed Patricia Daumas as senior creative director. Prior to joining the Miami shop, Daumas was an independent contractor for Kia Motors, where she worked on national and local dealer TV and radio campaigns. She also was a senior creative director at La Agencia de Orci in Los Angeles, working on the American Honda and Allstate Insurance accounts.Starmark International named Luiz Duarte vice president of market intelligence. Before joining Fort Lauderdale-based Starmark, Duarte was director of marketing research at Sony Pictures Television International in Miami.ILLINOISJeffrey Stelmach arrived at 141 Worldwide as an executive vice president in experiential marketing, working out of the Chicago office. Stelmach formerly was vice president of client services at Entertainment Marketing, creating on-premise programs for Brown-Forman.LOUISIANALogan Marketing & Communications promoted associate creative director Gwynn Levy Torres to creative director. In addition, the New Orleans shop hired Dominique Irvin and Allison Zatarain as public relations assistant and account coordinator, respectively. Irvin, a recent Northwestern State University graduate, had interned at New Orleans City Park; Zatarain was a media planning assistant at Deutsch/LA in Marina del Rey, Calif.MASSACHUSETTSModernista! in Boston hired Christine Kiernan as a production assistant. She had been with Clarke Goward in Boston for three years as a traffic and production manager. In addition, Pam O'Brien joined Modernista! as a traffic supervisor. Prior to Modernista!, O'Brien spent four years as a traffic manager at Allen & Gerritsen in Watertown. She also has worked at Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos in Boston.MISSOURIDan Barker arrived at LandaJob Advertising Staffing Specialists in Kansas City as manager of new business development. He had worked in marketing and public relations for the Chicago Rush of the Arena Football League. The shop also promoted Elisa Haake to temporary staffing manager. Haake, who has been with LandaJob for four years, will be responsible for filling temp positions in creative and marketing and recruiting freelancers within the advertising industry.Waylon Advertising hired Neal Ryan as a group account director on the St. Louis shop's Anheuser-Busch account.
