Premier Retail Networks has hired George Giatzis as senior vice president of entertainment sales. He will manage the sales division responsible for feature film, television, home video, video game and music advertising. Prior to joining the San Francisco-based company, Giatzis was vice president of national advertising sales at Oxygen Media.
