T.G. Madison let go president Virgil Shutze last week despite his rebuilding the Atlanta agency’s creative department because he failed to win new business, said CEO Lauren Genkinger. Shutze, who took the job three years ago, was formerly chairman and chief creative officer of BBDO in Atlanta.
