Prelooker Joins mOcean

Creative services company mOcean has hired Javier Prelooker as director of new business development, international markets. The majority of Prelooker’s efforts will focus on the expansion of the Venice, Calif.-based company’s entertainment marketing services to North, South and Central America, Spain and Portugal. Prelooker, 40, was previously vice president of client services for Oxide-Global, a branding, production and broadcast marketing firm.
