Rawle Murdy has named Kathe Downs (above) and Claire Gibbons public relations account directors. At the Charleston, S.C., shop, Downs and Gibbons will oversee the development and implementation of PR programs and strategies. Prior to joining the agency, Downs owned and managed Downs-Online. Gibbons most recently was an account director at Capstrat in Raleigh, N.C. Karen Moran and Patty Lee have been added as account executives for clients including Carta and West Ashley Toyota. Moran is a former field account manager at Atlanta’s WestWayne, and Lee worked at Stern Advertising in Cleveland on Pearle Vision, Things Remembered and the Cleveland Cavaliers.
