CHICAGO – David Jenkins, executive vp/co-executive creative director of DDB Needham/Chicago, is leaving the agency at the end of the month. Bob Scarpelli, who had been co-executive cd with Jenkins, will assume the executive creative director spot. Jenkins, who came to Needham in July, 1991, from Portland, Ore.-based Weiden & Kennedy where he worked on the Nike account, is planning to return to Oregon. He will spend part of his time consulting for Needham. Needham president Susan Gillette said last week that the decision was mutual and had ‘sort of evolved to this point.’
