PlanetFeedback.com has awarded its $15-20 million advertising account to DDB in New York following a review.
The Web site, which launched in February, intends to make customer feedback, both positive and negative, an easier process for consumers. For buyers with beefs, the site taps into a database that has the e-mail addresses of company officers, government agencies and consumer associations.
“It’s a one-stop shop for consumer feedback,” said Mike Nazzaro, chief marketing officer for the Cincinnati-based client.
Other finalists in the 15-shop review were GSD&M in Austin, Texas, and The Richards Group of Dallas.
