Boone/Oakley’s”Puppy Love” television commercial for the Charlotte, N.C., Humane Society has won an award at the Association of Independent Commercial Producers festival in New York.

The spot, created by the Charlotte agency’s John Boone and David Oakley, depicts a socially conscious mutt attempting to engage his mate, but only after putting on a condom—on hiswagging tail.

Tails are also wagging in Neathawk Dubuque’s print campaign for the CritterTown BathHouse.
