LOS ANGELES San Francisco tech firm Oracle has cut to three finalists in its $40-50 million media planning and buying review, said Russel Wohlwerth, principal of Select Resources International.

The contenders are incumbent Grey Global Group’s MediaCom in San Francisco; Publicis Groupe’s Starcom in Chicago; and Interpublic Group’s Initative in Los Angeles.

A decision is expected in June.

SRI in Santa Monica, Calif., is managing the review.
