Martinez works on accounts such as the New Mexico Department of Health's Tobacco Use Prevention and Control program, High Desert Investment Corp., APS Magnet Schools, Road 9 and the Albuquerque Atomic Museum.OKLAHOMAArt director Carolyn Sealy-Horn was promoted to senior art director at Jordan Associates. She joined the Oklahoma City shop in 1998 as a graphic artist.Tulsa-based Brothers & Co. elevated Donnita Butts to financial manager. Butts has served as assistant to the president since 2000. The shop also promoted Heather Risinger and Eric West to media manager and account executive, respectively. Risinger joined Brothers in 2000 as a media buyer; West had served as a traffic manager, production manager and account coordinator.PENNSYLVANIALevLane in Bala Cynwyd added Allyson Gross as account coordinator. She will work on the Philadelphia Flower Show and KFC accounts, among others. Gross most recently was with Nina Zucker Associates, where she managed public relations for clients such as Philadelphia magazine. LevLane also has a satellite office in Florida.TEXASAustin-based T3 installed Jennifer Smith as art director. Prior to joining the shop, Smith worked in the same position at BRSG in Austin. Spencer had worked as a project manager at McGraw-Hill in New York; Crudele joins the agency from Hoover's Online in Austin, where she was a senior Web producer.VIRGINIABCF&M Advertising in Virginia Beach named Maria Sabale public relations account executive. Prior to joining BCF&M, Sabale was an assistant account executive at Schwartz Communications in Boston. She also served as communications manager for the Better Business Bureau in Natick, Mass.
