O'Neill Departs Euro RSCG MVBMS Partners

NEW YORK Joe O’Neill, former managing director at Euro RSCG MVBMS Partners known for creating most of the agency’s MCI/WorldCom work over the past seven years, has left the agency to partner in a new consultancy.

A representative for the agency confirmed that O’Neill resigned last week.

The consultancy, as yet unnamed, is currently based in Westchester County and will open a New York office at the end of the month, O’Neill said.

“Copywriters write great copy for other people, but lousy copy for themselves, so we’re still working on a name,” O’Neill said.
