The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy will kick off its $120 million national anti-drug campaign targeting kids on July 9 with a prime-time network roadblock and full-page newspaper ads in at least 25 markets.
President Clinton will join drug czar Gen. Barry McCaffrey in Atlanta for the launch, ONDCP officials said last week. Ads will appear on NBC, CBS, ABC and Fox within seven minutes of each other on Thursday night.
