HOUSTON – Jim Hine, managing director of Ogilvy & Mather here for eight years, said he would step down to concentrate on a new venture as O&M Worldwide last week consolidated the Houston and Atlanta offices under the O&M South banner and the control of Atlanta evp/managing director A. Neill Cameron Jr. Combined billings are an estimated $130 million. Hine spent the last two years steering the office between the rocky shoals of the loss of a $35-million chunk of Compaq Computer Corp.
