The recasting atop the New York office of Ogilvy & Mather is complete.

Three months after Ogilvy hired Bartle Bogle Hegarty's Calle Sjönell to lead the office's creative department as chief creative officer, the shop has named a top suit: Adam Tucker from AMV BBDO in London.

At Ogilvy, Tucker will assume the role of president and report to North American chairman John Seifert. He starts Aug. 1.

As day-to-day leader of New York, Tucker succeeds Simon Pearce, who became managing director in 2009.
