NEW YORK Warren Kremer Paino has changed its name to WKP-Spier, and the agency’s publishing division, Spier New York, will be incorporated into the parent company.

The new name recognizes the contribution made to the agency by Warren Kremer Paino’s acquisition of Spier New York in 2006, the shop said, and it comes at a time when WKP-Spier is concentrating its efforts on clients who share the same target audience: an affluent, educated and culturally sophisticated consumer.
