NourzAds Advertising has appointed George Elliman vice president. Elliman will be responsible for new business development at the Austin, Texas, shop. Prior to joining the agency, Elliman worked as senior consulting partner manager at Vignette Corp. in Austin. The shop also has hired Lucy Moran as account manager. Moran comes to NourzAds from Austin’s Warren Direct, where she held the same title.
