Northlich Installs New Leadership

CHICAGONorthlich has named two new leaders that will be responsible for maintaining the agency’s momentum in brand strategy and account wins.

Executive vice president and managing director Rick Miller was appointed president of Cincinnati’s largest agency, reporting to Mark Serrianne, who relinquishes the presidency but will continue as Northlich’s chairman and chief executive officer.

Jeff Dufresne, executive vice president and managing director of Northlich’s Brandstorm division, was named president of Brandstorm, also reporting to Serrianne.

The consolidation of leadership under Miller and Dufresne signals Northlich’s intention to continue to bring a fresh perspective to the agency’s day-to-day operations, according to Serrianne.

“We are taking that vision to our clients and brands looking for breakthrough insights about their business and ideas that contribute to the bottom line,” Serrianne said.
