Bob Rumpza has arrived at NKH&W as senior vice president of public relations in the shop’s Minneapolis office. Rumpza was formerly an executive vice president at Weber Shandwick in Minneapolis, serving nearly 18 years with the firm. He most recently led its corporate-relations group. His past clients include The Scotts Co., The Toro Co., Honeywell, Ecolab and Koch Petroleum. He also led the crisis-management team for Dairy Management Inc.
